Pay via UB Online (UnionBank Account Holders)

• From PHDC website, click UPay then click "Proceed to Payment"
• Please provide the following and then click on "Continue to Payment Options":
  1. Client Name (This should be the name provided in the Reservation Form / Contract to Sell.)
  2. Project Name (ex. "Hamana Homes Magalang")
  3. Phase, Block & Lot
  4. Payment For (Reservation Fee, Downpayment, Processing Fee, Penalties, or Others)
  5. Amount To Be Paid
  6. Email Address
• Select Unionbank Online as mode of payment
• Tick the Privacy Policy and click on "Continue to Unionbank Online"
• Key in the username and password, check the captcha and click on "Log in"
• Snter the One-Time Password and click on "Submit"
• Select the source account and click on "Authorize"
• View the confirmation page and get redirected to back to the PHDC website
• Send the clear copy of payment confirmation to cmg@centurypacific.com.ph

Pay via InstaPay QR or Manual Input

• From PHDC website, click UPay then click "Proceed to Payment"
• Please provide the following and then click on "Continue to Payment Options":
  1. Client Name (This should be the name provided in the Reservation Form / Contract to Sell.)
  2. Project Name (ex. "Hamana Homes Magalang")
  3. Phase, Block & Lot
  4. Payment For (Reservation Fee, Downpayment, Processing Fee, Penalties, or Others)
  5. Amount To Be Paid
  6. Email Address
• Select Instapay as mode of payment
• Tick the Privacy Policy
• Log in to your other bank or e-wallet's mobile app and scan the QR
• View the confirmation page and get redirected to back to the PHDC website
• Send the clear copy of payment confirmation to cmg@centurypacific.com.ph

Pay via PCHC PayGate (Buyers with bank account with Robinson's Bank, Bank of the Philippine Island, PSBank and Asia United Bank)

• From PHDC website, click UPay then click "Proceed to Payment"
• Please provide the following and then click on "Continue to Payment Options":
  1. Client Name (This should be the name provided in the Reservation Form / Contract to Sell.)
  2. Project Name (ex. "Hamana Homes Magalang")
  3. Phase, Block & Lot
  4. Payment For (Reservation Fee, Downpayment, Processing Fee, Penalties, or Others)
  5. Amount To Be Paid
  6. Email Address
• Select PCHC PayGate
• Tick the Privacy Policy and click on "Continue to PCHC Paygate"
• Select from the available modes of payment
• Select from the list of PCHC PayGate participating banks
• Verify the transaction details, click on "Pay now"
• Key in username and password, and click on "Accept"
• View the confirmation page and get redirected to back to the PHDC website
• Send the clear copy of payment confirmation to cmg@centurypacific.com.ph
