The collection and processing of the personal data voluntarily supplied by the BUYER, as defined in the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (the "Privacy Laws"), shall be undertaken by PACIFICA HOMES DEV'T CORP., INC. ("PHDC") for the purpose of, and with the end view of entering into and completing the objectives of the Buyers Information Sheet, and any other related documents executed pursuant thereto (the "Documents"), and to protect the interests of PHDC under the Documents....

The personal data provided in the Documents, which shall also be encoded in digital form, shall be stored in PHDC's secure system and shall be accessible only by those authorized to complete the objectives of the Documents.

The BUYER consents to the sharing and/or transfer of his/her personal data collected to third parties including, without limitation, to any of the affiliates or subsidiaries of PHDC and Century Pacific Food, Inc. (CPFI), banking/financial institutions, credit bureaus, government agencies, and collection agencies should such transfer become necessary/required to complete the objective/s of the Documents, or for the protection and enforcement of the rights and interests of the PHDC

The BUYER also consents to the processing of his/her personal data for PHDC marketing purposes, including but not limited to future offers of new housing development projects.
