- Log in https://onlinebanking.metrobank.com.ph
- Check PAY BILLS on your dashboard
- Search and select the biller PACIFICA HOMES DEVELOPMENT CORP.
- Enter the amount
- Answer the required field
- Client Name (This should be the name provided in the Reservation Form / Contract to Sell.)
- Project Name (ex. "Hamana Homes Magalang")
- Phase, Block & Lot
- Payment For (Reservation Fee, Downpayment, Processing Fee, Penalties, or Others)
- Contact Number
- Review transaction details, then click CONTINUE
- Enter your Metrobank passcode, then click SUBMIT
- Send the clear copy of payment confirmation to cmg@centurypacific.com.ph

METROBANK MOBILE APP
- Open the Metrobank Mobile app and log in
- Tap the menu panel on the upper left screen and choose MY BILLS
- Choose PAY and under one-time payment
- Search and select the biller PACIFICA HOMES DEVELOPMENT CORP.
- Enter the amount
- Answer the required field
- Client Name (This should be the name provided in the Reservation Form / Contract to Sell.)
- Project Name (ex. "Hamana Homes Magalang")
- Phase, Block & Lot
- Payment For (Reservation Fee, Downpayment, Processing Fee, Penalties, or Others)
- Contact Number
- Select the source account for the payment
- Review transaction details, then click CONTINUE
